This one bedroom contemporary barn conversion in Low Row illustrates a wide range of work that Calvert & Co Construction undertake.
From the groundworks and underpinning, to a new roof, and everything in between – we ran the job from the initial application to building control, right through to the final inspection. The client was simply left to furnish the property, and enjoy.
We used our same trusted, local subcontractors to ensure the best quality of work, completed to an exacting schedule.
The barn benefits from:
- solar panels with battery storage,
- an air source heat pump, and
- underfloor heating throughout.
Combined with U-values exceeding building regulations, the property is extremely energy efficient with minimal running costs.
